Delete Your Gogomi Account

You can request deletion of your Gogomi account and its associated data from the app or by email. You do not need to reinstall the app to make a request.

Delete your account in Gogomi

1. Open Gogomi and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email kevin@gogomi.app with the subject “Gogomi account deletion request” and include your Gogomi username. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the data associated with it, including:

• Your username, authentication data, and account settings
• Stored walks, runs, workout records, and GPS route data
• Your coverage and city-tracking data
• Device and push-notification registration data

Processing and retention

We deactivate access to the account when the request is processed and permanently remove the associated data within 30 days. We may retain limited records for longer only when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
